We house one of the most technologically advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) departments in the electrical industry. Designing with BIM technology encompasses entire systems using built-in parametric data. It enhances our abilities to prefabricate assemblies offsite and ensure proactive collaboration across all trades. As a result, subcontractors can simplify substantial elements of their scope of work and shorten installation durations. This up-front effort saves time and money and helps drive the project toward efficient and well-coordinated completion. Using BIM, 3D clash detection and detailed logistics planning, we proactively coordinate MEP systems, structural elements and architectural features. During this process we are able to detect and resolve spatial conflicts, optimize material lead times and sequence work efficiently.

Our team brings precision, experience and commitment to every project, from single control panels to full system integration. We design, fabricate and test industrial control panels in our U.L. 508A certified panel shop, delivering reliable, high-quality solutions for a wide range of applications. From simple sump pump controllers to complex, networked, multi-rack PLC control systems, we offer end-to-end panel solutions tailored to exact specifications. Our capabilities also include field instrumentation technicians for the water and wastewater industry, PLC programming, instrument calibration and commissioning, and start-up support.

Our specialized team has significant field experience in design, manufacturing, construction, testing and implementation of lighting control technologies to meet or exceed client and code requirements. Their work includes a comprehensive review of all system plans to ensure accurate and cost-effective execution. We also have certified lighting control technicians to help customers certify compliance with state regulations, ensuring timely facility occupation.

Our Technology Services Group delivers highly specialized projects involving structured cabling, access control, fire alarms, ERRCS and CCTV. We support complex environments such as hospitals, data centers, labs, higher education and large campuses. We execute multi-building OSP, multi-floor communication systems and integrated technology installations with focus on reliability, scalability and code compliance.

This division handles smaller and faster-paced electrical projects, while working with our entire organization to ensure on-time and on-budget installations. Our team can handle any electrical emergency, with the flexibility to work through unique challenges. While we are known for constructing large and complex projects, this nimble group actually completes the highest number of projects for our company.

By planning and detailing a job to the component level, we can build an entire project on paper and identify key components for prefabrication. We utilize sophisticated software that links BIM and CAD detailing and modeling to our prefabricated assemblies, allowing us to auto generate prefabricated orders in minutes. As a result, our jobsites run more efficiently as materials are staged in proper work areas in 鈥渏ust in time鈥� fashion. This saves time and installation cost, while helping with projects that have logistical and storage challenges. All work is completed by our in-house team.

From early planning to final delivery, we examine all elements of a project to ensure electrical systems meet required standards, and function safely and reliably. Our project-specific QA/QC programs are designed to ensure compliance with all contract requirements, drawings and project specifications. Key elements include real-time inspection tracking, integrated material management, pre-inspection spot checks and efficient inspection request management all with the goal of installing our work correctly the first time.

Our expert team is able to help clients navigate the detailed process of project approval. Working on the west coast for over 60 years, we have forged relationships with local utilities, cities, counties, inspectors, HCAI, AQMD and state officials, whom we can access for questions or project support as needed. This includes coordination of required plans, permits, calculations, documentation and inspections.
