Details

Description

This new Design-Assist Hospital Campus features a fully integrated 100% LED lighting system and advanced technologies that enable patients to control room functions like lighting, HVAC, shades, TV, and video calls from bed. MMC performed 90% of installations. Each room and corridor includes a Crestron DALI system, networked to a central Energy Center interface for global lighting control. RGB lighting, inside and outside the building, is also controlled from this system. The hospital generates nearly 1 MW of onsite power via photovoltaic and microturbine systems, supporting LEED Healthcare Platinum status—only the fourth hospital worldwide to earn this. The 565,000 sf hospital facility includes 273 patient rooms, 12 LDRP suites, 12 ORs, and a full Emergency Department. The campus also includes a 36,000 sf Energy Center, 60,000 sf Support Building, a 7-story parking structure, and lush landscaping.
