Low Voltage Estimator
51³Ô¹ÏÍø Corporation is accepting applications for full-time Estimator for its Technology Service Group. This role is critical to delivering accurate, competitive bids and supporting the successful execution of complex low voltage projects.
Responsibilities:

- Analyze low voltage, electrical, and architectural drawings to develop accurate cost, labor, material, and time estimates
- Review project specifications and general conditions in full, organize bid documents, perform detailed takeoffs, and prepare RFIs
- Build complete estimates and finalize bids using computerized estimating systems
Identify and prequalify subcontractors and suppliers, solicit and level quotes, and ensure alignment with project requirements - Collaborate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve pre-bid issues and refine scope
- Prepare clear, detailed proposals and present estimates to clients when required
- Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and business development events, including those outside standard hours
- Provide value engineering options and cost alternatives to improve project outcomes
- Support project handoff by participating in kickoff meetings and working closely with Project Managers and field leadership to ensure estimate accuracy and continuity
Requirements:

- Working knowledge of electrical systems in commercial or industrial construction
- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in one or more of the following systems:
- Surveillance
- Access Control
- DAS
- Audio Visual
- Fire Alarm
- Structured Cabling
- Strong math and cost analysis skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Effective communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Self-driven with the ability to perform in a team environment
- Experience estimating multiple low voltage systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong overall technical competency
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Accubid, Revit, and CAD
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- RCDD certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in low voltage construction or a related field
- Familiarity with Design-Build and Design Assist delivery methods

The compensation range for this position is: $60,000.00- $145,000.00 Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
